In response to the Coronavirus   (COVID-19) pandemic, Coast Communications has announced that it will close   its Customer Service lobby to public access, effective Monday, March 16 at   8:00 AM.  Coast will maintain regular staffing and hours with customer   service being provided through telephone communications, online and by email   to or

 “Coast Communications provides a critical service and we will continue to do   so,” said VP/General Manager Denny Lawrence.  “By limiting face to face   access, we are following CDC recommendations on how to limit the   spread of the virus, while still serving our customers.”

 Beginning Monday, customers wishing to speak to a customer service   representative or to pay their bill will have the following options:

Calling   the Customer Service Department at (360) 289-2252 or 1-888-224-6502   during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm.

 Dropping payments in the payment drop box located on the front of the   building in the main parking lot.  NO CASH - MONEY ORDERS ONLY! 

 Making payments online at

 Technicians will continue field work, respond to outages, complete service   calls up to the demarc point and will only enter customers’ homes for   emergency calls such as no phone service or priority calls to make the restorations   of service. Under all instances the field technicians will use their own   discretion for their own safety. Installation of additional outlets and   non-mandatory work is temporarily suspended.
