Newest Update from Coast: 2/13/21 - 11:38AM
As power is restored we have our crew on the roads running out the system. Some of you may have your power restored but finding you have no service. This could be due to a couple of things:
1. Possible damage to cable in your area
2. You are being fed from a node (central point) that is in an area that has no power.
And as always, once power is restored you may need to power cycle your equipment to regain service. If this does not work, please call 360-289-2252 and press Option 3 to get our direct line and leave a message. We are all on the phones and checking the messages regularly.
Thank you for your patience. And watch out for the falling ice cicles!! Very dangerous.
